Prusa - Prusament PC Blend Jet Black 970g

This PC Blend is made in-house by Prusa Research.

1.75 mm filament is manufactured with a precision of ±0.03 mm.

Prusament PC Blend has a new formula since 9/6/2021. The material density is now slightly lower than before, resulting in a minimal spool weight of 970 g. The approximate length of the filament is 330 m - the same length as the standard Prusament.

To dry the filament, please follow Prusa's instructions.

Printing Setup

• Nozzle 275±10 °C
• Heatbed 110±10 °C

Basic Attributes

• Styrene free
• High temperature resistance up to 113°C
• Good dimensional stability in comparison with other PC filaments
• High impact and wear resistance
• Prints don't deform under pressure over time
• Low warping, layer cracks are very rare
• Very low moisture absorption
• Large models have a tendency to warp
• Requires high heatbed and nozzle temperatures
• Higher price
• Produces minor odours during printing
